We are experts in coroplast printing using state of the art equipment and high volume to deliver the best quality coroplast printing at the lowest prices. Our inks are waterproof and fade resistant so our signs work indoor or outdoor.

Coroplast is a fluted polypropylene sheet that looks like corrugated cardboard boxes from the side. Coroplast is lightweight and inexpensive due to its hollow fluted structure. Coroplast is also non-toxic, waterproof, and, importantly, printable. Because of Coroplast's durability and weather resistant properties it is widely used for outdoor advertising, billboards, and signage.

Coroplast stock sheets are electrostatically double treated by "Corona Discharge" on both sides to allow specifically formulated inks and adhesives to adhere. The most commonly used Coroplast in the print industry is 4mm thick. H-frames are used to plant coroplast signs into the ground. Two ends go into flutes of the sign and the other two go into the ground. Unlike others, we print full sheets that are 48"x96" or 60"x120", giving us greater flexibility on pricing for sizes evenly dividble into 48x96 (e.g., 16x24) and 60x120 (e.g., 20x30). Printing on 48"x96" sheets has been around for years. This master sheet size has defined the most common yard sizes as 16"x24" and 18"x24" (height x width).

Regular coroplast has one ridge per flute visible on its surface; it is most common to use vertical flutes since the h-frames will work to plant into the ground. This surface pattern has largely been accepted by the public since the signage is in such wide use. However, we do also print a smooth surface 4mm coroplast. This smoother surface allows for better print quality when printing in high resolution. And, of course, we are able to print in high resolution. We use flatbed printers with six ink colors (C M Y K lightM and lightC) and so our output is 720x720 dpi.

Perhaps you would like a sturdier form of coroplast, we also print on 6mm, 8mm and 10mm coroplast. And they all have their respective h-frames.

We can also shape cut, contour cut or die cut any of them, printed 1 side or 2.
